Terms of Service for Online Purchases

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before purchasing or using the TP Membership (“Membership”) provided by Taylored Photo, a division of MTaylor Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or accessing the Membership, you (“Member”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Membership.

1. Membership Overview

The TP Membership provides access to content creation services, community resources, and other benefits as described on the product page at the time of purchase. Memberships are offered as quarterly subscriptions and renew automatically unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To purchase and use this Membership, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this contract
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
  We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a membership at any time for violations of these Terms.

3. Payment Terms

By purchasing the Membership, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of the selected plan.

Recurring Billing:

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time by logging into your account.

Failed Payments:

If your payment method fails, we may retry or suspend access to your Membership until payment is received.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for Membership fees once purchased. However, if you feel your experience was not as expected, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

If you wish to cancel your Membership, you must do so before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

5. Member Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share Membership content or access with non-members
• Use our services for unlawful or abusive purposes
• Disrupt or interfere with other members or the platform

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any Member who violates these standards, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, images, videos, and content provided as part of the TP Membership are the intellectual property of Taylored Photo or our content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without express written permission.

You may use the content created for your own business marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media, advertising) as outlined in your Membership package.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taylored Photo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Membership services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Membership in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

8. No Guarantees

While we aim to provide a high-value experience, we make no guarantees regarding specific business results or outcomes from participation in the Membership. Your results depend on your individual effort and implementation.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via email or through your Member dashboard. Your continued use of the Membership after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County.
