Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) carefully before purchasing or participating in Taylored Photo (“TP”) Memberships, Monthly Subscriptions, Quarterly Subscriptions, Content Happy Hour Sessions, or any associated TP services (“Services”). These Services are provided by Taylored Photo, a division of MTaylor Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any TP Service, you (“Client,” “Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our Services.

1. Overview of Services

Taylored Photo offers several service formats:

1.1 Monthly Membership

A recurring monthly subscription that provides access to content creation support, exclusive member resources, select photo/video sessions, community benefits, and other inclusions described on the product page at the time of purchase.

1.2 Quarterly Membership

A subscription billed every 3 months with access to a higher-tier set of content creation sessions, resources, and community benefits.

1.3 Content Happy Hour Sessions (CHH)

These are scheduled, themed, single-session content creation experiences. Each CHH may include photography, videography, prompts, a working session, or other features as described on the session’s booking page.

1.4 A La Carte or Event-Based Sessions

Any one-off or custom session booked outside of Membership or CHH offerings.

Each Service type may include a different set of deliverables. The description on the booking page at the time of purchase will define the exact inclusions.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Recurring Billing

Monthly and quarterly memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal cycle.

3.2 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may reattempt the charge, pause access, or suspend your account until payment is completed.

3.3 Session Fees (Content Happy Hours & A La Carte)

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

A la carte photography sessions require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled session date will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid to date. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will forfeit the non-refundable deposit but will not owe any remaining balance. If TP must cancel the session for any reason, any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded. Any session rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Consistent with our professional photography standards, TP may use images and videos captured during any Membership session, CHH, or a la carte booking for:

7.4 Marketing Opt-Out Option

TP may use images and videos captured during any session, including Membership sessions, Content Happy Hours, or a la carte bookings, for marketing, portfolio, advertising, or promotional purposes. If you prefer that your images or videos not be used in Taylored Photo’s marketing, you may request to opt out at any time by notifying us via email. Once an opt-out request is received, we will discontinue future use of your content and remove previously published content where reasonably feasible. Opting out does not affect your usage rights and does not alter the terms of your purchase.
